What kind of celebrations do you plan?

I plan, design and coordinate the private milestones of your lives- be it with 2 or 200 guests. Proposals, engagement parties, weddings, baby showers, big birthdays, anniversaries or graduations- any time you are surrounded by the people that matter most to you, I want you to be able to fully enjoy it and make the most of it.

Which services do you offer?

You can choose between 2 service options: The full service planning, design and coordination of your festivity, or, if you prefer to plan yourself, hourly consulting on your most pressing planning issues.

Where are you located?

My office is located in central Germany, close to Hannover, Dortmund, Düsseldorf and Cologne (maybe not close if you are German, but in American terms- we are pretty much neighbours). I work all over Germany, love to do events in Austria, Italy, Mallorca, Ibiza, or at whatever place makes your heart beat faster (personally, I love Namibia and South Africa...what is your favourite place?). I started my boutique event agency in Munich, where I lived for quite some time, so I know a lot about that region as well.

Suppose we would like to work with you- what's the procedure?

Nothing beats personal contact. So much is lost in written communication; that's why it is so important to me to have direct conversations with my clients. I want to be able to really understand what is important to you, what makes your face light up, what is of the essence. After a first phone conversation, whre you tell me a little bit about your event and whrer I can answer initial questions about my service, we schedule a personal meeting- either in my office, at your home or via Skype, whichever you prefer. This first meeting usually lasts about 1-2 hours, in which we really get into detail about your event vision. Based on this, I will calculate a tailored offer for your event.

Where can I see more pictures of your work?

Privacy is of the essence in private events- that's why I only show pictures on the internet that my clients have explicitely agreed to publish, like the ones in my show reel video. I am happy to show you more of my work which my clients have agreed to show in a personal setting during our first meeting.

How much do you charge for your service?

My fee is based on the amount of hours needed to plan and coordinate your event- this might be only a handful for an intimate dinner party, or hundreds of hours for multi-day-event with numerous locations and hundered of guests. In any case, you will reveice an offer that you can rely on; I am happy to give you also a first rough estimate after our initial call. Transparency and fairness are fundamental for the trust between my clients and me; I am strictly agains "double dipping" (receiving kickbacks from vendors to the clients disadvantage).

Do you also do day-of-coordination?

Unfortunately not; it is difficult to guarantee a smooth event if I do not know the vendor team and have not been involved in prior planning and coordination.
